• Activity data (posts, burns, follows, comments)
• Device information and IP address for security purposes

• To provide and maintain the HUVEN service
• To calculate your Credit Score and Trust Layer
• To detect and prevent fraudulent activity
• To send you notifications about activity on your account
• To improve our service

3. Data Storage

Your data is stored securely on Supabase (cloud infrastructure). Photos are stored in encrypted cloud storage. We do not sell your personal data to third parties.

4. Third-Party Services

• Google OAuth for authentication
• Supabase for data storage and authentication
• Vercel for hosting
• Stripe for payment processing (paid Burns)

5. Your Rights

You have the right to:

• Access your personal data
• Request deletion of your account and data
• Export your data
• Opt out of non-essential communications

6. Data Retention

We retain your data as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, your personal data will be removed within 30 days. Anonymized activity data (burn records, trust scores) may be retained for platform integrity.

HUVEN is not intended for users under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect data from children.
