1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using HUVEN, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

2. Account

  • You must be at least 13 years old to use HUVEN
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account
  • One person may operate multiple accounts, but abuse of this is subject to review
  • We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms

3. Content

  • You retain ownership of content you post on HUVEN
  • By posting, you grant HUVEN a license to display your content within the platform
  • You must not post content that infringes on others' intellectual property
  • You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the right to use any music, audio, or BGM included in your videos
  • HUVEN does not provide licensed music; use of copyrighted music without permission may result in content removal
  • You must not post illegal, harmful, or abusive content
  • AI-generated content presented as human-created violates the spirit of HUVEN and may result in account suspension

4. Burn System

  • Free Burns are unlimited and cost nothing
  • Paid Burns involve real money and are non-refundable once processed
  • Paid Burns are subject to a platform fee (10%)
  • Manipulation of the Burn system (self-burning, coordinated inflation) is prohibited
  • Score contributions between specific pairs are capped to prevent gaming

5. Trust Layer & Credit Score

Trust Layers and Credit Scores are calculated automatically based on your activity. These scores are visible to other users. Manipulation of scores through fraudulent activity will result in account review and potential suspension.

6. Vouch System

  • Users with Proven tier or above may vouch for New users
  • Vouching carries responsibility: if your vouchee is suspended, your vouching privileges may be suspended for 6 months
  • Each user can only be vouched once

7. Prohibited Conduct

  • Using bots or automated tools to inflate activity
  • Harassment, hate speech, or threatening behavior
  • Impersonation of other users or public figures
  • Spam, scams, or deceptive practices
  • Attempting to circumvent fraud detection systems

8. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account at our discretion for violations of these terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.

9. Disclaimer

HUVEN is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. We are not responsible for content posted by users.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of HUVEN after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
